Room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast was excellent. Check-in check out was quick. Love the late check out at 12:00 noon.

We have stayed at the hotel several times now and love it! We came back for my partners birthday and they gave us champagne and macarons. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, our Eurostar was delayed and they helped us check in 2 hours late at 12am. Amazing hotel!
