The room was very clean and well appointed. They gave us room 51 which is supposed to be the largest room of the hotel (according to the front desk). It was on the first floor but had a flight of stairs (half floor) going up. I don’t think this room has wheel chair access. It had a nice view of the courtyard though which is also the smoking area of the hotel. So don’t open the window if you don’t want to smell the smoke. Thankfully, the widows shut well enough to keep the smell out. Some, if not most, of FO staff speaks English. They are helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the service crew not replacing our water on our last night of stay. I had to request for the water which they hesitated on giving because there is supposed to charge for it. The breakfast if pretty good for 25 Euros. I’m not sure if this is the net amount. But you get unlimited espresso coffee, hot chocolate, bread (croissants and other French breads), sausage, bacon, options for omelettes and yogurt and cereal. Best to look first before committing. However, the breakfast starts at 7:30 Am and ends 1:30 PM which covers brunch. That’s a pretty good deal. Location of the hotel is very close to Champs Elysee and at the corner is a branch of Galeries Lafayette (not the Haussmann flagship store). It’s a great landmark to know when to turn towards the hotel when on Champs Elysee. On the other side of the hotel, maybe 80 meters away, is Rue Saint Honore.
