What a terrible experience. And the customer service made it worse afterwards.
In the middle of our 1 week stay : one of the building employee had to check the room as their own system received a notification for a potential bed bug.
The employee said that it was just some dust without showing us any proof : a few hours after that we saw then bed bugs on the towels, in the bathroom sink and a series of visible bites on my partner's shoulder.
We had to leave and find another cleaner accommodation a few nights before the actual check out day.
Asking for compensation even with the proof (Images, Video, etc.) of the bed bugs moving and the bites was not enough for them nor Expedia Customer Service to get us one dime of compensation.
Extremely disappointed : also because supposedly hotel Health Expert Team decided to investigate the room without giving any notice after we contacter the Customer Service for these bed bugs.
I would not recommend this place for obvious sanity, safety and privacy reasons.
