Balance between cost and value

The hotel is a low budget hotel of many years ago. It is not an Ibis style hotel but it is a hotel for a few nights. The beds and the whole hotel is vey clean. The breakfast is a sandwich with jam and drinkable coffee. For the same price you can get a good sandwich and a coke in the petrol station. It is very situated with a tramline nr 2 direct to la defence. So all by all a 7 on 10 scale

Room was clean. Breakfast was nice for the price. Tried to pay with my American Express card. But was denied, eventhough their sign says they do. I used the card elsewhere the same day. I think they wanted the visa surcharge. The front desk staff was not very helpful. The closest metro ststion was 20 minute raxi ride away. The hotel doesn't look like their picture.

No frills hotel and basic room but clean and comfortable. After a delayed flight, arrived after midnight and gratefully was checked in ok.

Was a nightmare. The smell of faeces was awful. We changed first room. The second room smelled also bad but was a little better. We opened the window but same smell of faeces comes from near by seine.

Room, Really Small, not what we were expecting. Barely can walk in there, bathroom...it's bigger the bathroom in airplanes, only for slim people. The dumpster outside, right in front of the hotel full of rats, we were walking and we counted 18 rats. There was some bugs in our room, not big, but still.

they gave me a triple room(011) near a machines, the room wall was very high even the air condition was very poor. i spen 3 nights could not sleep at all. I made a complate and ask them to change the room but did ignored me and did not get any help. i was very disapointed of the service.

Le seul point positif est le parking gratuit, la chambre est correcte mais avec une salle de bain minuscule... pas pratique du tout. Côté équipements le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, la clim non plus. Sèche-cheveux inexistant, l’accueil n’en dispose pas non plus. Une odeur désagréable règne dans le bâtiment. Le soir des odeurs d’égout ressorte. La literie est vieillotte, sa couine dans tous les sens, le sol les murs et les draps sont brûlé par les cigarettes... Si vous venez seul pour le boulot et que vous chercher quelque chose de pas cher, pourquoi pas. Mais en famille ou en couple je vous le deconseille.

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans l'établissement sans chauffage et avec le lavabo bouché (impossible de l'utiliser) dans la salle d'eau. Nous avons signalés le soucis et rien n'a été fait et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. La propreté n'était pas trop top. J'espère que l'établissement nous fera un geste.
