Avoid this hotel at all costs. Évitez à tout prix. Sale et puant. Infestation de mouche. I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty in my life. Odeurs are horrible, staff is too. Fly infestation. 0 Covid precautions too.

First offered room was not cleaned at all. Second was cleaned in hurry by receptionist. All new towels were missing. Sheets with specs and stains. No detergent for dishwasher, no dishwasher liquid for dishes. Tablewear were soaking. Dirty microwave owen. Carpets were terrible dirty in both of offered rooms. No sink in WC. Bathroom was good, large and clean. Plenty of room for clothes.

Je n ai pas apprécié le bruit qui donne surement sur la route devant il manquer egalement le bouchon pour prendre un bain un peu dommage du coup sinon rien n a signaler nous reviendrons surement pour accompagner ma fille qui sera à l hopital august roussy mais revoir les points négatifs avc vous ;)

Mécontentement total

J'ai réservé un appartement pour la semaine (du dimanche à vendredi). J'ai suis venue pour le travaille à L'Institut Gustave Roussy, je suis médecin et cet appart-hôtel est le plus proche, car j'ai commence à 8.00h du matin. En 6 jours de mon séjour, pas de ménage ni de d'aspirateur une seule fois, pas de changement de serviettes, ni de linge du lit. Dans la chambre - absence de tringle dans la penderie, ni de cintres, dont impossible de mettre au moins le manteau, et nous sommes en janvier à Paris - 2°G. Dans la kitchenette - pas de bouilloire, 1 seule cuillère, aucun torchon. Dans la salle de bain - baignoire, mais pas de bouchon pour la fermé, dont impossible de prendre le bain. Pas de sèche cheveux et une seul serviette qui n'a jamais été changée. Une seule poubelle pour l'appartement entier. Et quand on fait la remarque à la réception: "Madame, on nous vole tous, dont il n'y a plus rien".... PAS DE COMMENTAIRES. Mais je déconseille cet hôtel à tout le monde. Je reviens au mois d'avril, et d'ore et déjà je prendrais autre choses.

Bonjour, nous pensons réserver un appart hotel avec le minimum du quotidien. Une plaque de cuisson disponible sans casserole, un lave-vaisselle sans vaisselle!!!! 🤔 Des penderies sans cintres! Mais oreiller avec des tâches... Salle de bain et toilettes ok! Personnel sympathique.

They put us in what I think it was a smokers room, which we didn't enjoy at all, the ubication is really ard to get there if you don't have car. Also the room was clean, but you can see it is old. I consider it was to expensive for what they gave me

Fuyez cet hôtel !

Le mot sale n’est même pas adapté. Cet hôtel est immonde, degueulasse. Premierement lorsque vous arrivez à la réception vous êtes confronté à quelqu’un qui n’a rien de professionnel, accompagné de jeunes qui squattent la réception et se permettent de poser des questions vraiment personnelles ! 1ère chambre attribuée : déjà utilisée avec le lit de travers pas de couette et le dessus de lit par terre. Sans oublier la moquette sur laquelle on ose à peine poser les pieds. 2ème chambre attribuée : deux lits simples, poils et cheveux dans les draps, oreillers dans des états incroyables, juste répugnant, sans oublier les odeurs infectes présentes dans les chambres et la moquette toujours aussi ignoble. Obligé de quitter l’hôtel et de réserver ailleurs, sans aucunes garantie de remboursement car personne ne peut procéder à cela, tout le monde se renvoi la balle et vous balade, et en plus vous fait des leçons de vie au téléphone ! Passez votre chemin, ne réfléchissez même pas, cette hôtel ne devrait même pas avoir le droit d’exécrer dans de telles conditions

It was clean, brilliant value for money and in a safe area which had enough to offer without having to travel into Paris, but close enough to the metro/buses and trains when we wanted to. Helpful staff, we enjoyed our stay.

I'll never go here again, stains everywhere from carpet to sheets. Dirty, literally dirty evrrywhere. Dont understand what housekeeping is getting paid to do? And also SUPER FALSE ASLDVERTISING. I booked and it said "Eiffle Tower view", not knowing how far this was from it. I saw a loud ass bus stop on a little street. Not handicap friendly because the elevator never works properly. Only goes up, get ready to walk down every time, oh and you apparently have to use the back of your hand to call for it which is BS. Pay a couple dollars more and find another hotel. Not this one.
