"The room was clean and well presented, with fresh, comfortable sheets and everything in good order. It felt easy to settle in straight away. The airport shuttle service was particularly impressive, reliable, well organised, and made the whole arrival and departure process much smoother. The staff were helpful throughout. Miguel stood out for his clear and prompt communication, which made arrangements straightforward and stress free. The only downside was a noticeable smell in the corridor carpet leading to the room, which slightly detracted from the experience. Aside from that, everything else was very good."

"We had to contact Expedia as our check in code was not provided morning of check in . We finally got check in access late at night and when we do check in at 1am we walked into a room that was occupied already. This was very disturbing being two female travellers and arriving at night with people in our “supposed room” . After finally getting in touch with the hotel via what’s app they gave us a different room which had no extra security lock on top. And after having just walked in on someone else we felt it was very unsafe and could be done to us. I am a travel agent and would not recommend this for safely and security purposes. I have photos of my messages with the hotel telling us which room to enter and the code as well as photos of the room being occupied by other guests. After a long travel day this was so scary and disappointing . A refund should’ve offered . "

"Warning! This is not a hotel. This is a home with several different rooms. When I arrived at 4:30 p.m. after an all-day flight the owner informed me that my room was not ready. Even though they asked me when I was going to be there a day ahead of time. Telling me that there was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. They're like a communication was frightening to begin with. Although they did ask a neighbor two doors down if we could stay in one of her rooms for the exact same price that we were paying. Then saying they charge 45% more for credit cards. Am I going to stay here again no do I recommend anybody to stay here definitely not!"

"I give this place a 1 out of 5 rating. There were no English speaking staff. There was no door on the shower so the bathroom floor was always a puddle. The view was awful. They have dumb TV's in the rooms with only 2 English speaking channels. Your hotel room is supposed to be a place you look forward to going to at the end of the day. It was depressing. It's literally a, "it's better than nothing", kind of hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. You'll be much happier somewhere else."
