"Room was $240 for the night through Expedia. I paid an extra $55USD for extra early check-in. The guy was helpful and polite but neglected to give us a wifi code.
After check-in everything was downhill.
Room door was seized. Clearly broken. You could see light around the room door coming from the outside. I took a picture because it was laughably bad.
Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Obviously couldn’t be locked. Doors were mounted crooked.

"We were just staying one night for late evening arrival into Orlando. The airport shuttle was nice cuz it is complimentary but I think they should run several, due to wait we had both ways, I do not believe they do. Breakfast also complimentary was rather good. Great variety of items for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean but dated. The front night desk clerk was very helpful. We did not stay long enough to try other amenities."

"The room was very clean and I was impressed. Every staff I encountered was great and helpful. I didn’t have to use the WiFi during my stay. However, I requested to leave for the airport at 4am. I was in the lobby 3 minutes to 4am but the shuttle had already left. I believe the information I received was misunderstood or misleading. I booked this hotel specifically for the availability of the shuttle because of my earlier flight from Orlando. I ended up taking Uber to the airport. "

"Rooms were clean, great location, pools a little chilly. But the most important thing is how truly amazing the staff is here.
