"The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable."

"Rooms are in a rather tired building but reasonable. Clean and with adequate room to shower. Bed linen a bit limited in type (heavyish doona only and large pillow) but possibly ok for most people. Staff very accommodating and pleasant (better than some of the neighbours) and position near stations for buses and trains excellent. "

"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."

"• Convoluted check in process. You don’t appreciate it from the e-mails you’d receive from the property until you get there…. Their e-mail are informative on their own, but don’t tell the story. No place to park the car on the premises, or immediately outside the premises, until you first sign the internal rental agreement, pay a 300 PLN deposit, and pay for the stay. Then you walk to a ‘reception’ room in the assigned building, to obtain a FOB for your staircase, go to the staircase door, to...
