"It was close to the hospital which was wonderful. The room actually was like a dorm room. It was fine. It was comfortable but definitely not worth the price we paid.
On the flip side, it is an extremely accommodating and necessary facility for families and patients who are long term or out of town and needing the room for any type of stay. I was grateful to be able to have a place to stay prior to my husbands surgery.

"From the moment we entered the clerk was genuine, professional, and got us checked in quickly! Great price, clean, and great experience.
Only one thing I would request. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious however, there was not any fruit. My only suggestion.

The couch has cushions with frayed material.

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"The Zermatt Hotel has always had a reputation as an upscale destination in Midway, Utah, so when I saw the room rates for the Fourth of July weekend were so reasonable, I immediately booked four rooms for our group.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is that there is a $10 early check-in fee if you arrive before 4:00 p.m. One person in our group was charged the fee while the rest of us were not, so the policy didn’t seem to be applied...

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"
