Upon arriving about 4 p.m., no one was at the registration desk and after 10 minutes and no response to ringing for help, finally found the manager in first floor hallway. The condition of the room had issues. Reception on TV was bad, several bathroom floor tiles were broken or chipped, bathroom sink had been broken in two pieces and glued back together rather than replaced. Cigarette butts and...

"Nice staff all in all.
The maintenance man seemed to have a handle on the building but rooms Clocks were not set as well as the tvs which I had to change room because the first rooms TV did not have cable only wifi through your phone.
Seems like the room I rented througg this site was a low end room which not many people must stay in other than third party bookings"

"The bathroom was disgusting. The sink and counter had not been cleaned. I could smell cigarette smoke when the air kicked on in the bathroom. There was also black hair all over the bedding.
The required a $100 deposit for incidentals but they could not provide a receipt for it. I asked to take a picture of their screen.
The reviews I read before staying here paints a much different picture than what I experienced. I would not return to this hotel."
