She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."

"First of all they waited until i git there to tell me that i had to pay $100 security deposit. The room was raggedy and it had roaches in it. The bathroom sink was broken. The towels had hair on it and the floor had burn marks everywhere. The bed barely had cover on it also. Also, the elevator stopped working."
