"From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all. "

The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful."
