"I really enjoyed the resort minus the hidden resort fees they didn’t mentioned at the beginning since my booking was paid in advance and all the extra fees and taxes they charge and the incidentals for the entire stay that they place a hold on your card for nearly 1400.00. Room had a foul ode but made the best of it. Some staff were friendly while others were less social. "

"it was a very nice stay, only down side is that me and my friend booked a room with a private bathroom, but ended up getting a shared hotel room (with locked doors) and a shared bathroom. as gals it would’ve been nice to know we are sharing a room with a few people but it was okay by the end of it. i will say bring shower shoes because they don’t clean the shower at all. there are homeless who do some stuff outside the hotel but just mind your own buisness and they won’t bother you. There is no parking but plenty of public parking. Ubers from there to la placita, old san juan and many other places are cheap as it is right in the middle. A broom would be a nice add on due to the beach and the sand you track in. i recommend booking it on expedia, we had to help someone off airbnb and he couldn’t get in, got sent no info. our check in was fairly easy. a group of girls booked a double bed room and got a small 50 sq ft room. it is a risk to book but it’s amazing for the price and you get what u pay for."

"Staff was wonderful and very accommodating!! Very clean hotel and property. Pool was great but pool area did not accommodate for more lounge chairs. My family and I had to wait for availability. Overall we all had a great time."
