"We stayed one night before our cruise. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. The common areas for guests were also clean. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area."

"The apartment itself was clean and well designed. Please note that the garbage bins are located on the side of the building and the smell permeates the entire terrace which made it impossible to use during out stay. The area is noisey and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Also the wifi was not reliable not sure if its because we were sharing the same router with other guests in the other apartments. "

My first experience was when I was deployed as a third party vender for FEMA after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico I spent 6 months living in the property and I’ve returned two more times after the death of two close relatives. "I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side."

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and even provided us with a helpful guide sheet of things to do in the area, which was such a nice touch.
