"Great stay"

"Great family stay in a perfect Condado location We had a really enjoyable stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a calm and stylish atmosphere that made it easy to relax after busy days exploring Old San Juan. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, which made things very convenient when traveling with kids. The rooftop pool area was a real highlight for our family, offering great views and a nice place to unwind. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall the service was smooth and professional. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. All in all, a great base for a family trip to San Juan — we would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly. Hotel was trendy and clean. The coffee location in front is EXCELLENT! They had basic amenities needed. Rooms are very small if you don’t book the double beds. Very comfy stay!"

"Everything about our stay at La Mona Loiza Sta was 5 stars. Check in was very easy, and easy step by step instructions on how to get into our room. The room was clean. Parking was not hard at all even on a Friday/Saturday, maybe we got lucky. The only complaint I have is the shower didn’t have enough water pressure and it was either very hot or cold, but not a big deal. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you!"

"This hotel was 10/10! The check-in process was smooth, and everything was within walking distance, which made it super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for guests 18+ since there are mostly adults staying here, and the atmosphere feels very safe and comfortable. There are cameras throughout the property, and the doors are locked at a certain time for added security. The water pressure was amazing — high, hot, and steamy! I didn’t have any issues at all. I will absolutely be coming back to this exact hotel!"
