"The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I felt safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. One thing to keep in mind is that the parking spaces are quite small, so maneuvering can be a bit tight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a few areas that could be improved."

"The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal.""

"Lived in this hotel for 2 months a decade ago. Staff is good, food is reasonable, but the facility needs remodeling. Air conditioning was not working, WiFi never worked in the room, one elevator broke down, and furniture (including beds) needs renewal. "
