"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar.
Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."
"Nada agradável, ao chegar no hotel o atendimento na recepção já deixou a desejar, chegando no quarto o chuveiro não esquentava a água, não tinha televisão e o chão estava sujo. Fui até a recepção para falar do chuveiro e da televisão, onde pude observar que o recepcionista já sabia do chuveiro e da televisão e não nós informou nada, perguntei se tinha um outro quarto e o recepcionista me respondeu que não tinha e não me deu nenhuma solução, onde resolvi pedir o cancelamento e o mesmo...
"Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc.
All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours.
They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of.
Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water...

"Hotel muito bom mas devido estar recem inaugurado ainda deixa a desejar alguns aspectos, tipo achamos muito poucos funcionarios e muita dificuldade em se comunicar com a recepcao, a Jacuzzi da piscina estava quebrada e a piscina no primeiro dia nao estava aquecendo, e tambem tinha a questao do caminhao pipa todo dia atrapalhando a entrada e saida de veiculos."
"I recommend staying at this hotel, there is lots of activities you can do that they offer like trails and zip lines which I think its cool. Breakfast and their restaurant services are also good "
"The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao. "
"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."
