"Chambre insalubre, odeur d'humidité et manque cruel de propreté. Les serviettes fournies étaient trouées, déchirées et tâchées à plusieurs endroits. Nous nous sommes réveillés le matin avec de l'eau partout sur le sol, qui a donc trempé et sali nos affaires pour le reste de notre séjour. Nous avons payé 180 euros pour trois nuits, ce qui est scandaleusement cher par rapport au confort, la salubrité et la propreté qui nous ont été proposés, ou plutôt qui étaient absents. "
