"While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy."

"The shower definitely needs a safety bar on the side wall. The tub bottom was very slick and hard to stand on. I almost fell 3 times during my shower."

I only booked one and left in the middle of the night because i couldn't go to sleep becuase of how nasty and dirty the rooms was. I will never stay here again. Dusty 4 inches thick everywhere. Mold growing on walls under the counter. The lobby looked amazing and super clean. The rooms were not. "

"The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5."

"Housekeeping skipped me, even though I left at 9:30am in the morning and got back at 5pm. There was also a bug in the ice…other than that—it was a nice stay."

"First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn."

"Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. "
