Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay.

Great spot to stay

Clean room but basic, in need of some modernisation. Breakfast was basic too, but served a purpose. Location in parthenay was good! And parthenay itself is a lovely place to stay.

Chambre correcte, et propre mais mal isolée. Les espaces communs (escaliers) mériteraient un bon nettoyage. Pas d’eau chaude pendant le séjour. Ça peut arriver mais j’aurais apprécié d’être prévenu à l’arrivée sachant que le problème était présent depuis 2 jours.

Excellent accueil mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui est attendu d’un 3 étoiles : climatisation en panne depuis des années (il faisait plus de 35 degrés lors de notre séjour), hôtel vieillot et peu entretenu. C’est dommage car il est bien placé et l’accueil très aimable.

Great location

The hotel is well placed for the centre of town. Rooms are small but clean. Information stated that check in was from 12 noon but in actual fact it was 16.00. Breakfast was disappointing. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. €80 was a little expensive for the night plus breakfast. The private car park at the rear of the hotel was good.

Hotel ideally situated in Centre of Parthanay and close to old town. There is a very good car park at the rear of hotel. There are some nice restaurants on the square opposite the hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is very tired and needs a good uplift. It was clean enough but the decor etc just needs some money spent on it. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety

Bonne halte.

Hotel propre, bien situé , petit déjeuner complet , parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel, accueil sympathique. . Une petite rénovation de la salle de bains serait juste à envisager. Très bonne halte. Je conseillerais peut être aussi une chambre sur l'arrière.
