During my 2 night stay, I didn’t receive housekeeping service which was frustrating as I left my room at 11a, returned at 7p and a housekeeping cart was parked 2 doors away from my room. Front desk was able to provide what I needed."

"I gave this hotel a weak rating not because there was anything wrong with the hotel rather, It was my dining experience that was so horrible!!!! What the restaurant really needs is some competition with other dining options nearby. They are the only restaurant available which is apparent by the poor quality of food, high prices and really inefficient service. The servers were all very nice but they clearly need a lot more training. A very disappointing dining experience with a high price tag adding to the injury."

"After a couple of hiccups getting our assigned room things went great, this was all thanks to the reception staff. Not sure if it was down to booking through a third party rather than directly with the hotel itself that the hiccups with the room occurred"
