The hotel was lovely ,Very clean , with good amenities Our room was large Staff were heplful,polite and welcoming The Sauchiehall street areahowever is very run down , empty boarded up shops and is dirty . It used to be good and vibrant..Glasgow council needs to improve it, Hotel gets 10/10 , would stay again thank you

Not the Hilton experience we were looking for! We stayed in Glasgow at another Hilton hotel and it was amazing service and facilities. In this one you had to pay for water in the room as well!
