"Despite being sat in the reception while waiting for the ‘housekeeping supervisor’ to inspect the rooms. Once I did check in I found there was still clothing in the dryer of my room and the sheets on the bed had stains on them. Was pretty clear this was a ruse to stop anybody checking in one second ..."

"The cabin I stayed in wasn’t that clean it had other people hair on the floor in the bath room and dust and dirt like swept to the side of the bathroom the botttles of shampoo body was and conditioner and hand was was all empty the kettle was filthy inside! They cutlery was not washed up ..."
