"Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy walking to pretty much everything. The room was good, bed was comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the river was well appreciated. (Only critique is that the bathroom is ready for a renovation.) The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent- most hotel breakfasts are about the same, but this was super tasty, with a lot of variety."

"I had a nice stay at Cervol. My room was spacious. The only thing that would have made the stay painless was the parking. The hotel had advertised that they had parking, and so I was counting on it. Unfortunately the parking lot was full when I checked in, and I had to scramble at night to find parking. The night staff was helpful though, and told me clearly where to find free parking for the night (I did end up eventually finding a spot, but it did take me half an hour). Also the breakfast in the hotel was great, and while I hadn’t pre-purchased it, was fairly affordable at 12 €. I would recommend the hotel, with the caveat of the parking."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing. If you want drinks on the terrace in the afternoon go early. The staff seat 2 people at 4 top which limits the availability. Parking is 12€ additional. Also available a small spa dor additional fee with a wading pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool."

"The hotel was easy to find, being right on the main road through Andorra La Vella. The only problem we had was with the parking. There is a small parking area by the front door (only realistically approached coming downhill) for brief use while checking in. Unfortunately someone decided to spend 20 mins in reception causing a backlog onto the main road for several cars. The parking costs €17 per night, which is ok given that parking is at a premium. Once you enter the underground car park things get a bit testing. It was obviously created when cars were much smaller and there is very little room for manoeuvre in what feels like a cave. The room was spacious & clean, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The hotel clearly caters for many coach parties. The dinner & breakfast are buffet style and a queue forms quickly at ‘opening time’. There is a bit of a scrum for seats & food so it may be best to be first in line or go half an hour later! Overall, the hotel was good but our stay was rather spoiled by anxiety about the parking as we saw a few fresh dents on other cars. On reflection, we would have preferred another hotel further up the hill in another village, with less traffic & open parking."
