"This property is immaculate with beauty in every corner. So many wonderful amenities and the food is top notch. Great drinks too, they will make anything you want! Pools are all awesome. Staff is AMAZING- shoutout to our butler David who helped every step of the way. And Ruben at Pelicanos who served us a wonderful breakfast every morning. Arranging transportation to and from the airport was so easy and stress free. The spa is very elegant. Only downfall is there is very little beach left but you don’t even miss it. We have been to this property 3 times over the past 10 years and will be back!!"

"Quaint, rustic hotel located off the main avenue in playa del Carmen is La Pasion Boutique Hotel. It’s not the typical hotel I would usually stay at, but it had its perks. The room was always clean, very comfortable bed, with a ceiling fan AND A/C. However, the shower is quite small. Close proximity to Quinta Avenida, ADO bus terminal alterna, numerous food and beverage options nearby. Across from the hotel is a municipal plaza/palace that came alive from Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night, with performances (walk with ear plugs) and local vendors. The breakfast at the restaurant is a la carte and quite limited in my opinion as a pescatarian. Conrad at the front desk was very, very helpful, suggested activities and alternatives to the playa del Carmen beaches (plenty sargassum seaweed). Downside is the WiFi in the room did not work during my stay(6 nights). WiFi only worked in the common area."

"The 1st thing I liked about the property was the location! It’s close to everything. The ferry station, 5th avenue shopping and clubs! 2 nd was how clean and well maintained the property is. 3 rd was the staff very friendly and helpful. Love the bartenders at the Rooftop Bar! It was nice you could order food from there. The food and drinks were great! The taxi station was a nice amenity!"
