"This was our 3rd stay at Pelangi but first with the new renovation - which is superb! We stayed at the Westin for the first 3 nights - which was a mistake in hindsight and we should have come straight to Pelangi Beach Resort. We'll be back again for sure! "

The resort itself feels somewhat dated and outdated in certain areas. While the overall grounds and atmosphere are pleasant and relaxing, the rooms and facilities show signs of age that don’t fully align with current 5-star standards. Given the high rates and our expectations for safety, maintenance standards, privacy, and guest care at a Westin property, we were left quite disappointed. While the relaxing setting has potential, several key aspects like room condition, view accuracy, value for money, and handling of security and maintenance concerns need significant improvement. We would think carefully before recommending or returning."

"Terrible condition at the room. It was very old and in bad shape and need an upgrade and smelled bad. The ac was very loudly and makes a strange sound that’s was very noisy when you try to sleep."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. There’s also a restaurant downstairs that serves high-quality halal food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Langkawi, especially because of its very convenient location."

"Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Items were slow to be replaced and sometimes did not appear at all ( like lettuce on the salad bar). Otherwise not much I can say to help management improve the place."

"Unique accommodation around nature. The two rescue dogs are harmless but very active. The individual houses are a nice idea, rooms are well equipped. The owners are super helpful and friendly"
