While the overall grounds and atmosphere are pleasant and relaxing, the rooms and facilities show signs of age that don’t fully align with current 5-star standards. Given the high rates and our expectations for safety, maintenance standards, privacy, and guest care at a Westin property, we were left quite disappointed. While the relaxing setting has potential, several key aspects like room condition, view accuracy, value for money, and handling of security and maintenance concerns need significant improvement. We would think carefully before recommending or returning."

"I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."
