"We had an excellent stay at the Hôtel Louvre Sainte Anne in a recently renovated room on the third floor! We had the delicious breakfast buffet each morning and the hotel close to many popular sights and museums- very easy to walk to/from and a few metro stations very close by as well. Many great restaurants right by the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, big thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Positives: - Room was clean and spacious. - There was well functioning air conditioning. - Location was also good and central. - Free minibar drinks was a nice bonus. Improvement areas: - The bed was uneven so I slept on one side. - I was disappointed to be placed in a ground floor room as the hotel was fully booked so there was limited natural light in my room. I’d recommend requesting a room on the upper floors before booking. - The reception staff weren’t very friendly and could improve in their customer service overall. - For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect distinct shampoo as well as conditioner in the room. There was only a joint shampoo/body wash."
