"The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

"Worst experience I ever had at a hotel staff was extremely rude. Can't even take a bath because the hallways flood found a adult toy in my drawer wouldn't even let me stay an extra 10 minutes after checkout time to wait on my ride, an absolute overall awful stay. The only person that was nice in there, was Dylan he needs a raise "

"Evening staff was amazing. The lobby was really nice and smelt amazing. As you make your way through the hotel you start to see some issues. The carpet through the hallways was starting to come up. The flooring in the elevator looked horrible because it was ripped all over and they tried to cover it with a rug. There was mold around the shower in the room. The plug ins were coming out of the walls and half of them did not work. The safety lock on the doors were sketchy and did not seem too safe....

"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "

"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"Loved the breakfast! The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice front desk people. Wonderful place to stay. "
