"Clean room"

"We stayed two nights for a concert at Kettlehouse Ampitheatre. After the first night, the staff woke us up by banging VERY loudly on our door around 10 ish. We were sound asleep. On our vacation. THEN the phone in our room started ringing very loudly. I turned on lights and found the phone and called the front desk. There was not a “do not disturb” sign provided for our room. The front desk said that they were just seeing if we needed towels. Really???? If we needed towels we would have asked....

"This was such a beautiful and comfy stay for us on our way through Montana! Missoula is a lovely town and this stay was super conveniently located to enjoy it! The breakfast at the Breakfast Club was AMAZING as well."

The actual entrance was broken down the entrance where u ate your breakfast it was old dirty and disgusting looks very much bug infested Carpeting dirty taps in room leaking bathtub dirty! How could you recommend a slum like this! Shame on you!!!!"
