Good location comfortable room

Basic but comfortable rooms and small kitchenette well equipped. Close to a fairly busy road but convenient for getting in and out of town. Large supermarket close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast had a good selection.

I find this Aparthotel good value for money it's situation is ideal close to shopping centre & a short drive to the historic town centre. The rooms are spotless & the reception is efficient and welcoming.

We arrived quite late, 9:0pm, the hotel kept us updated on how to check in as reception closed at 7pm. My boys liked their beds being in a seperate room to us. Comfy, clean accommodation, we would stay again if passing through this way.

La situation de l'hôtel est très pratique lorsque l'on se rend à Pau en voiture Il est également situé à proximité d'un grand centre commercial La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée et agréable Les prestations supplémentaires (buanderie ou petit déjeuner) sont un peu chères et la réception peu disponible (du fait d'horaires d'ouverture restreintes)

Falta limpieza y eficacia del personal.

De entrada el aspecto del apartamento es muy agradable, al utilizarlo lo primero que se observa es que no hay punto de luz sobre la mesa de comer, pero lo peor con diferencia es la zona de cocina , con muy escasos elementos, 1 sarten, 1 cazo , 1 olla, solo dos vasos pequeños, 4 copas, no hay ni un cuchillo de cortar, restos de viejas cuberterías. La tostadora no funcionaba, se saltaron los plomos al enchufarla, nos dieron otra DESPUÉS DE TENER QUE INSISTIR. No pasó el servicio de limpieza durante nuestra estancia de 5 noches. Se terminó el jabón de la ducha. En fin, servicio muy mal gestionado.

Nunca estuvimos en un "apart-hotel" en el que tengamos que sacar nosotros la basura a los cubos del exterior, ni que no tenga servicio de limpieza, ni hacer las camas diario. Si llegamos a necesitar un cambio de toallas o papel higienico, no tuvimos servicio en 2 noches de estancia. El jabón dentro de la ducha se acabó el primer día, no tuvimos para el segundo. Un poco decepcionante.
