Khách sạn Pauma Valley

"The room was great and the staff were wonderful!!!!"

"Excellent customer service, from Valet, front desk, to Bellhop. Top notch customer service, best out of all casino resort properties that we’ve been to! Thank you Veigas Casino!"

"Room was very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating, the elevator was broken for most of my stay. They were helpful with going up to the second floor to get the elevator to come down so I didn't have to walk the stairs to the fourth floor. They also waved my parking fee because of this. Very nice of them. Breakfast was good, I stayed for a week so after three days I did seek breakfast from a local diner. Parking is paid and not included in your stay."

"Stayed for one night. Check-in was quick and easy. When I got into my room, it smelled like cigarettes. When I called the front desk, they told me that they could not switch my room without me paying cleaning fee since I had used the shower. I did not use any of them amenities sense. I was only staying one night, but the pool looked really fun. I think if I stayed here again, I would see if there were better rooms."

"Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Ansprechndes Äusseres durch Begrünung.Netter kleiner Pool.Frühstück war gut."

"Great!"

"Booked for my kids and they said they had no issues. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Sadly they missed the breakfast cause they slept late. But would definitely stay again."

"The location was perfect. The staff on the weekend was not very helpful and seemed bothered when asked to help."

"Very clean and rustic. Easy check in process. Great location"

"Came across this place completely by accident. What a gem! Wild turkeys running across the field next to a charming little stream, and the rooms were super comfy. Really was such a beautiful, unexpected find. I will be back!"

"Had a quick 1 night stay here. Super fast and friendly check in. Walking distance to a shopping center. Plenty of parking. Just a little out dated but still a comfy stay."

"Location, Location, Location! 5 stars for the convenience of not having to drive anywhere. The majority of everything is within walking distance which is a huge bonus if you're trying to have a relaxed stay. 4 stars only because it's street parking and if you have a room on the first floor you will hear the footsteps above. I would stay again, but upstairs."

"We were visiting family in the area, and this was the best facility for location and price. The staff was fantastic, the rooms were excellent, and the facility was clean. The only bad thing was the casino was reeking of cigarette smoke. We ended up not using the casino due to the smoke-filled room. I only spent about 20 minutes gambling until I couldn't take the smoke anymore. The smoke also lingered into the cafe. However, the hotel was separated from the casino and not smoke filled."
