"The bathroom was not clean..it was hair in the shower...the screen was broken on the window..it was tiles coming up off the floor as you get off the elevator...the staff was amazing from Victoria the manager to the night lady and even the next morning guy was great...hands down your staff was excellent and I work in the hotel industry...so I know...Thankyou to all of them...but the cleaning was not good...need work in that area..."

"Great staff, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Clean room. Great location for OSU visit. Pretty noisy but it's Spring Break so likely in every hotel. Felt safe at hotel and parking lot which means a lot as a woman traveling alone."

"Clean but walls and doors looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time . Elevator and carpet the same . Guy that checked me in as not as pleasant as the older gentleman that did the check out .
Breakfast was included when I booked Expedia but at the was told it was 13.00 per person . Not expected .
