"Frau Kiefer is very professional. The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable. This was the first time that I was bringing my son (<1), niece (8) and nephew (12) to Europapark, so making sure that we had good accommodations was important. "It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

The location is perfect, a 7-minute walk to the town center, which made exploring Freiburg very convenient.
