The beach umbrellas are expensive, and for 70 euros the selection shouldn’t be limited to the trashy section near the boat dock. Food was great, and the cost of dinner was reasonable. "Leider war die Zufahrt von 2Seiten gesperrt, so dass teure Telefonate geführt werden mussten. Eine sehr freundliche Angestellte holte uns per Auto ab und schob alle Absperrgitter beiseite! Die Zimmervergabe war sehr sehr langsam, im Zweierzimmer erhielten wir ein upgrade (danke), die vier Personen mussten mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, um mitsamt Koffern wieder zurück in einen älteren Teil des Hotels an der obern Strasse das Zimmer zu beziehen! Kommentarlos! Leider war diese Person, die...

"I received a text saying the room we’ll be staying in needed maintenance but I could stay at another of their hotels or receive a refund. We decided not to stay and they denied my refund. Expedia tried help but the property is not allowing it even though they offered it."

"A gem of a room, we loved staying here. The owners were so helpful. Great communication with directions, help with trains etc. Lovely furnished room, good quality tolietries, with a small samples from a local small business. Would recommend 100%, nothing to fault. "
