Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Penticton. Nikki is an amazing host and great cook! I highly recommend her place to you. For 2 couples, the 2 bedroom suite in the basement is perfect for sharing."

"Our check-in experience was easy and quick and the front desk staff were helpful. Getting a luggage cart for check in and check out was near impossible. We were told there was only one luggage cart and that it was likely in someone's room since the staff couldn't locate it in the hallways. The room was comfortable and stocked well with a nespresso machine which was a treat! The blinds unfortunately in the room weren't large enough to block out the light from the lights in the parking area and...

"Clean room, friendly staff and good location. Rooms are set up well for longer stays. We stayed for three nights in room 4015 at the start of our vacation and the bed was excellent. We stayed for two nights at the end of our trip and the bed in 5017 was extremely soft, lumpy and uncomfortable. We had a terrible sleep those two nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again. However, we would test the bed firmness before unpacking next time."

"My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful"
