Spa - barely call it that. Spa staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Bar staff was polite but slow in service. Good choice of drinks . General areas were relatively clean . Rooms were the best bit, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable beds .

We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived. The public areas are lovely and imviting. We were shown to our room which was on the ground floor. The room was perfect with an excellent comfy bed. The bathroom was also very well presented.

The stay was good, but one day I come to the hotel and they had taken all my belongings from my room down to the reception. They could not explain why they had done this, I find that very strange, I was not checking out that day. I find it strange that people can’t say sorry when they have done something ...
