"Room was clean and whilst small, not the smallest airport hotel room by any means. Very handy location for T3 but a ten minute walk from T2. Plenty of options nearby by food. Aircon worked fine so temperature was comfortable."

"I have stayed at the Sofitel Hotel before and it is consistently an excellent hotel! And incredibly convenient for those early morning flights at Heathrow the next morning. I highly recommend it!"

"I paid for an upgraded room with a bath. I didn’t get one. Reception staff painfully slow despite not being very busy. I asked the barman about room service and was told that the chef normally finishes at 9.30pm but because it was quiet he was letting him go early but as long as I ordered by 8.30pm I could get some food. I returned at 8.15pm and the barman said he’d already let the chef go. I was annoyed about this. "

"Great location virtually inside the airport. A few minutes walk from our room to the terminal. Large bathroom, comfortable bed. Bar food was just so so, but there’s a very nice breakfast spread available."
