"Alll was great but the water pressure and water temp in shower. Water pressure was very low and the water in shower didn’t get hot. Other than that all was great! "

"We stayed here for a couple nights after a drive to Big Sur and the 17 mile drive. We loved the hot tub and fireplace! Room was large and decor was pretty and enjoyed the big comfy bed! Could have used a microwave but the fridge was good size. The walk to shopping, restaurant, and the beach was easy. We would recommend this property snd would stay here again. "

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."

"We loved our stay here! We didn’t want to leave and wish we booked longer. It was very reasonably priced too. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was also beautifully decorated. The people were very friendly. There isn’t a lot of parking but we found spaces near the hotel easy enough if there weren’t many spaces. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Easy drive to pebble beach and Monterey. The morning breakfast basket was the best, we loved ours! Would recommend!"

"Beautiful property. Like going to Europe without actually being there. Centrally located within walking distances of everything you’d want to see, visit or go eat at in Carmel. Of course, you have a Michelin star experience at the hotel as well in their restaurant. The attention to detail all around, including the staff and service, was impeccable "

"We would not recommend this property. The property is worn out. Visible signs or wear and tear. No AC. Walls are very thin. You can hear the people upstairs, or people talk next door, the fountain running outside. The chairs are completely stained. The door knob did not lock!!! Only top lock worked. The only positive is the location."

"We had a lovely stay at Pine Inn. The location truly can’t be beat—right in the heart of Carmel and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, which made everything feel easy and accessible. I was traveling with my infant, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. They provided a crib and even a refrigerator for storing her food, which made a huge difference in keeping our routine smooth and stress-free. "What a DISAPPOINTMENT! When we first arrived, we asked why doesn’t our room have a fireplace? The front desk clerk kept insisting our room had a fireplace and it was right underneath the television. We finally asked her to come to our room and show us. So, she goes to our room. Notices there is no fireplace.
