"The house was a lovely property with plenty of space inside and out. All the amenities you could ask for. The only negative was the mattress in the double bed and the two single beds were firm and uncomfortable and I would suggest purchasing a mattress topper or some new mattresses as this was the only negative that we experienced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. "We booked the family room with a pull out couch, but they did not provide linens/pillows for the pull out or enough towels. I notified the desk, but no follow up. I brought it to their attention at checkout and they took my email, but did not follow up. I paid extra for a family room, but didn't get the benefit of it."
