"Hull is absolutely amazing! The people, the staff, and the overall atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. We were literally just a one-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. We also had the chance to eat at a few local restaurants, and every meal was delicious. One of the highlights was taking the ferry to downtown Boston. "Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

"ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAIRS. We are both in our 80s, and while this is a very nice B&B, most would mention that the room is on the second floor. 6 steps on the front porch, then 18 stairs to the second story. Coffee and a packaged roll, no fruit."

"I was very disappointed with our stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the rooftop pool, but after checking in we found out that pool access requires a reservation. This was never made clear during the booking process, and if it is mentioned somewhere on the website, it’s not easy to find. We only learned about it through a text message after we had already checked in—not from the hotel staff. We stayed from Friday through Sunday, and the pool was fully booked the entire weekend, so...

"When we showed up after having booked a room for the night through Expedia. The hotel and restaurant have good reviews. all I could find was an entrance into a dark shutdown restaurant, no one around, chairs stacked on tables. I walked upstairs and all around the building. I tried to call the number that was hand written on a piece of paper on the front door but the reception was so bad I couldn’t get the call to go through. "Great staff. Location in Seaport District was walking distance to everything. Parking was a beating as hotel doesn’t own lot and you have to pay a third party $60 to park for the night. Hotel room was comfy and clean."
