"I liked the location near many restaurants and small and big shops. Also near gas and grocery stores. The rooms are a generous size and they have a pool and a hot tub. The only con is they only provided some dog treats at front desk upon welcoming. I need some treats for me, I am the one paying!!!!"

"An authentic Victorian home full of Victorian furniture. Like turning back the clock to 1890!"

"There was definitely hair in my shower that didn't belong to me. Was only there for one night, short in and out trip! WiFi & broadcasting TV option weren't great & definitely lagged, was better off using my own hot spot!"

"The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."

"The property is in a grest location. The outward appearance is great looking but the furniture is quite antiquated and worn. The bathroom was in need of tiling with visible mold at base. They still have wallpaper on walls. Definitely need room renovations for cost per night."

"This was the first time I ever stayed on the first floor of a hotel and it was a bit noisy. I heard all kinds of bumps during the night. I will remember to make sure I don’t get a room on the first floor in the future."

"The room was horrible. We switched to a different room we split the first night and wake up to take shower to no hot water. We called the front desk and their option was to switch rooms again. We get to the other room it wasn’t bad. The first room was straight out of a 70s horror show. The second room was unfinished with no hot water. They are working to update the building but why book a room that’s not finished. The entire trip felt like hopping rooms. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this...
