This is a hotel for displaced or individuals that are homeless. It’s didn’t feel safe the window was broken glass cracked top to bottom. The adjoining doors to other rooms didn’t seem secure. The shades have gaps on the sides you can see inside the rooms. Also parking lot posts a pic of property not being responsible if vehicles are broken into vandalism or damage. It was many children running around playing unattended. Limited cameras. I travel with my 94 yr old mother and didn’t feel safe. I choose not to stay there nor sleep there overnight. I also stress this to management.

I was in town for a class reunion and when i arrived i checked in quickly and without issue , when i first went to the room i did a quick look around and put my things down and left out, however when i returned later that night and did a more through look around the first thing i noticed was a used dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door which now im skeptical about using the shower there , while sleeping about 2:30-3am swomeone opened my room door i popped up and they closed it quickly and i could see them walking off from the shadow of the blind i dont know what kind of games are going on there but to be waken up from something like that is ridiculious , i got up and looked out the door and at that time i put on the additional lock on the door i didnt the first time because i was tierd and forgot by the time i got in i had driven 3 hours and was at events all day and evening so i did forget to do so at first althoulgh noone shoul ever have to worry about someone opening your door anyway , when i did get up i was washing my face and brusing my teeth at the sink and weel the sink did not drian properly the water just kept filling up and was not going out that was an issue , so needless to say i will not be staying here again and i ended up going by a realitives house to shower and finish getting ready for the day.

I was totally impressed after seeing several reviews. My room was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The staff was very attentive and personable. The hotel was in walking distance of several nearby stores. I definitely will be making a reservation again in the near future.

We did not stay as we did not feel safe at this property. It was set up like a motel, which the pictures did not indicate. It was darkly lit by the room entrances and there were strange people standing outside their rooms near our room entrance.

First room smelled like cleaning fluid. Second room was barely a hovel. Roaches. Door had full gaps around it. 2 towels for 4 people. Dirty. Lots of highway noise. Bathroom door would not close. Windows shade allowed anyone to look inside. Go anywhere else but here.

I was disappointed with my stay. The sheets were stained, there were not enough towels, and the room had a strong smell of mildew and humidity. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests

Good location for the venue we were attending. Some updates such as new paint/floors were notice however the door lock was digital without a deadbolt so I was grateful to not be staying alone. Overall was clean and comfortable.

It's a difficult to comment since I didn't say anything while at the property ...but I had a long day, we checked in at almost 9p. The front door was out of alignment and could not be locked from inside. The tv did not work--a huge negative for me--neither did the remote control. Breakfast was minimal.

Room was under construction plaster dust on bathroom floor, electrical wiring for A/C unit lying on floor waiting for installation, stop unit didn't fit with spaces to outside on top, bottom and knob side. Sign posted on the hotel main lobby outside door was a “stop work order”! Needless to say we canceled.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Belgian Waffles were an added bonus at breakfast. We suggest adding a stand alone light in the room with the toilet so in the middle of the light you dont turn on a bright light in the area with the sink and wake people up.

It was convenient with plenty of shops around. Parking was ok, and easy to carry things from the car. The rooms were a little rundown. My door looked like it was force open, and the door between units locks were broken. Overall it was ok for a night or two.
