Rooms are outdated but spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Located on beachfront. Small pool but clean and warm. Limited dining options, good food but long wait. Blender was broken so no blended drinks at the bar. Gorgeous gardens!!! Would stay again

Hands down the best place to stay in Kingstown. Great restaurant, friendly staff, super clean rooms, great harbor views, gorgeous pool, & authentic colonial plantation Caribbean setting in town w beautiful grounds. Can’t do better as a place to relax & unwind.
