"We need more towels shampoo conditioner and the other things was good the food very nice"

"Awful experience, First off I called the hotel direcetly and asked what there best rate was, the lady said they were sold out of all rooms except the executive for $250. I immediately went on Expedia and there was tons of regular room, red flag. I booked online ans called the hotel for pickup, waited over an hour at the airport for pickup at 12am even through they say every 15 minuts. This was the only reason I booked here. The front desk lady was rude and said it was because I didn’t tell...

"So it’s not right next to central Iquitos, but that doesn’t matter. Central is a quick moto taxi ride for very cheap, or a 15-20 minute walk. What matters to me is how nice this place was. Iquitos is a rowdy town. It’s lively with a lot of hustle and bustle. This property is not: it is serene. I loved it so much, I ended up staying an extra night. It’s calm, relaxing, and downright beautiful. Right when you walk in, you are met with a beautiful courtyard that centers a gorgeous pool. There’s a...

"I would not stay at this property. The room was large and had multiple beds. The bathroom was not clean and there was mold in the bath tub as well as the towel bars. No water pressure or hot water. Pool is fine."

"Great little sanctuary within the city. The property is large with surrounding walls so it is quiet apart from birds and nature sounds despite being in the city. The room was so cute and ac worked very well. No hot water but you definitely don't need it in Iquitos. The breakfast was very good and served to your door - bread with jam, eggs, plantains, fresh juice, and coffee."

" Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is good, fresh juice and coffee. Every room has A/C and clean."

"Ample kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. Very close to good grocery stores like La cadena (my new favorite) and Los Portales. Free drinking water near the front desk for your water bottles."

"Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Room was well maintained. Water flow wasn't that good. Towels had to be reuse according to sign posted in bathroom 😒. Not going back."

"Camera e bagni puliti, la gentilezza di Rosa e i figli ti fanno sentire a casa! Distante dal centro ma poco importa perché ti fanno stare bene!"
