"Come equipped with any essential, like a sponge or soap because they don't have that there. The advertised free coffee in the lobby but that did not exist. We also had to go ask for enough towels multiple times during our stay. The on-site restaurant was closed the entire time we were there because of occupancy. So that was a huge bummer given that was one reason we booked this one. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the easy Beach access. The price is good, and the parking is easy. "

"The woman who I checked in with was fabulous. She immediately put me on the side/floor and room of the hotel that was quiet as I had an early day the next day without any requests from myself. Every person that I saw theough my stay gave me a big smile and welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Had to get bath towels and wash cloths every day from staff. Came in one night there was DOG Crap in the lobby floor. Every morning while eating people walking around the eating place with their DOGS. No room house cleaning the four days we were there. Dogs crapping near the front entrance. I have stayed there before, and it was very nice. This place has changed so much, I will never go back. If I could have got a refund for the remaining days I would have left the first night."
