"Inn is perfectly situated within the walls of Caernarfon Castle, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff are uniformly friendly and welcoming. My room (#34) was in an old building but had been completely modernized inside, including the bathroom. Room was immaculate and had plenty of well-located electrical outlets. "requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again"

"Check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looked out towards the castle and was beautifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is very central and long stay parking is just a few minutes walk away. The evening meal was delicious and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was included and again was really good. Check out was nice and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here "
