"I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!"

"first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite. 1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures . 2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror 3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting. 4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door. 5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable . "The description that expedia has and what actually is at the property is not the same.There is no restaurant that's attached and they do not have the arcade, which was half the reason why we picked a stay here.I would not recommend this place unless you're absolutely desperate"
