"Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible. "

"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "
