"The farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. "

"No check in information received, when I contacted the host was told ‘it’s not hard it’s left unlocked’ during our stay the host walked past us several times to feed the llamas head down, didn’t even say hello, text to ask how to use the gas fire during our stay and no response, was made to feel very unwelcome. Shame as the shepherds hurt is nice"

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "This cottage is immaculately presented from the outside and in. It’s a great location and is only a very short walk to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. On road parking is available along the road outside the cottage and there are plenty of spaces further along the road if you can’t get directly outside.
The cottage is modern and has everything you could need for a break in this beautiful part of Wales. My only negative point would be that the beds in one of the rooms are a little sunken and could do...
