"I had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going well beyond my expectations to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. A big thanks goes to Jenni from the Indonesian style restaurant who was super helpful and shared her knowledge and passion of Indonesian food and culture! The views of the beach were absolutely stunning and really made the whole experience feel special. I also had the chance to try the Indonesian restaurant, which was excellent. The food was full of flavour and easily one of the highlights of the trip. The pool area was another standout. It was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind during the day. Overall, the hotel had such a great atmosphere. Everything just felt easy, welcoming, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at Banyan Tree with my husband and two kids, aged 10 and 9. We travel a lot and I can definitely say this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We absolutely loved it from the second we arrived on the Island. We had booked here as a relaxing few days following a week in Singapore and it was the perfect choice! Our 2 bedroom, ocean view villa with pool was stunning. Took our breath away as soon as we walked in. The whole resort is spotless and the staff are all wonderful, can’t do enough to help you. There's a small kitchen with a fridge and sink. You can’t cook there but we had asked for a microwave as my husband likes to make porridge in the morning which helpfully, was there when we arrived. The buffet breakfast is good, with lots of options. There’s several restaurant choices for eating and all were excellent. With kids, we loved the Xana beach bar which we didn’t need to book. Cocktails were great there too. The pools are lovely, the beach is breathtaking. We also tried the jet skiing which was good fun. Evenings are chilled, there’s a DJ at the beach bar who will do a request if you ask nicely. I would 100% recommend and if I’m ever back in that part of the world would definitely go back. "

"The apartment was well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly but some overly so, such that it can seem fake. During check in the staff member did not explain everything clearly, instead showed us a page with the hotel amenities and asksd us to take a photo of it. The pool and beach area are lovely. One thing I wish the hotel had done was promote their activities. We stumbled across the paintball and archery in the nearby woods and had not even known it was there. The hotel was quiet with low occupancy so promoting the avaliable activities including water sports would have made sense. The hotel is value for money when compared to the sister hotel, the very expensive Banyan Tree right next door. The food in the resort is average, nothing special and I thought it was expensive for what it is. "

"Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area."
